Please read this section entirely for important instructions in preparing your presentations.

You have been allocated a total of 25 minutes for your presentation. Please refer to the agenda for your  presentation time and plan accordingly. Please allow 5 minutes of this time for questions. Presentations will be timed and speakers will be asked to stop speaking if they run over the time allowed. Due to time constraints and our desire to review all of the currently funded projects and provide an overview of the NA-22 Research Program, we prefer all presentations be made electronically. We also ask that all presenters provide an electronic version of their briefing prior to November 19, 2007 so that we can pre-load them for the meeting. Occasionally, Powerpoint files are corrupted when emailed. To avoid this problem, particularly for large Powerpoint files, you can send your unclassified presentation to our FTP server instead of emailing it. Sending to an FTP site also avoids the size limit many email servers have embedded.

From Macintosh computers
Use Fetch to access the FTP site.

From PCs
You can use any of a number of FTP clients to access the site. There is also a short protocol through Windows.

For either computer, please call Donna Raziano at (925) 422-8517 for the instructions and password for your particular site.

IMPORTANT
In order to assure that all the information of interest to NNSA's Office of Nonproliferation Research and Development is present, the following information is required in each presentation:

Project title, list of participating organizations, PIs and Co-investigators, milestones, and budget
Project overview and goals
Technical Presentation
Future work for the remainder of the project

The presentation standard will be MS Powerpoint.

We will have all standard AV equipment made available to the presenters. If you need to make alternative arrangements for your presentation, please contact us so we can assist you.

For any questions or concerns about presenting guidelines that are not covered here, please call Donna Raziano at (925) 422-8517 or email her at raziano1@llnl.gov.
